Expanding Southern Library

I don't know when it happened but all of the Otago and Southland libraries can now be searched on one website. Just go to Southlib Consortia, type in a book, subject or author and you can see which libraries across the two provinces have it.

It isn't explained on the website how to order books from other libraries, but a reliable source tells me that you order through interloan, e.g. pay $3 to your local library and they will order it for you.

This is a boon for booklovers and people searching for more in-depth works that aren't to be found at the Invercargill Library but can be found at the Dunedin City Library.
